After a rich career in several starred establishments, Mélanie and Boris have chosen to settle down here to make you discover their universe in Les Sables d'Olonne.
Boris will present you with a delicate and refined cuisine made from local products, which will vary with the seasons and our producers.
Mélanie will welcome you and will be happy to advise you in your choice of wines to make you live a pleasant moment.

Between the port and the beach, we welcome you in the modern and elegant setting of a typical Sablaise building, a stone's throw from the market, the church of Notre Dame de Bon Port and its historic district.
Our Menus
We offer you a seasonal selection to discover the world of our chef:
- The Euphotic menu in 4 steps.
- The Depth menu in 7 steps.
In order to provide you with a better experience, the menus are applied to the entire table and we do not offer a la carte dishes.
A regatta reinvented according to the seasons and our meetings with producers:
- Euphotic 4-stop service from Wednesday to Thursday for lunch and dinner and on Friday and Saturday for lunch
- Depth in 7 beats.
Each menu is proposed for the whole table, and any change will incur an additional charge.
For your comfort, our friends the animals are not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
To round off the winter season, our chef proposes a truffle menu.
It will be available from February 14 to March 9 only.
In order to offer you the best possible experience, no changes will be made to this menu.
